SCMBA Global relies entirely on the information and documentation provided by the client. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or denials resulting from:
inaccurate information
missing documentation
expired or invalid documents
falsified or misleading information submitted by the applicant
Providing false or misleading information to immigration authorities may result in visa denial or other legal consequences for which SCMBA Global bears no responsibility.
SCMBA Global shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from:
visa refusals or denials
delays in visa processing
airline boarding refusal
refusal of entry by immigration authorities
travel disruptions or cancellations
changes in immigration laws or policies
Clients are strongly advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements until their visa has been approved and confirmed.
